La Esencia Edificios is a residential management platform made up of a mobile app (React Native / Expo) for tenants and a web admin panel (Laravel + React) for building managers, designed to simplify rental building management by connecting residents and administrators in one place.
The platform combines an iOS and Android mobile app with a robust web CRM, offering payment management, maintenance reports, direct communication and building financial control, all in an integrated ecosystem.
Key Features
- Rent payment management — tenants register payments from the app uploading photo proof; the administrator validates and confirms from the CRM
- Maintenance reports — residents report damage with photos and priority; the administrator assigns, follows up and resolves with complete history
- Financial dashboard — income vs. expense chart by month, net balance and expense breakdown per building
- Contracts and documents — rental contract management with co-signers, dates, guarantee deposit and attached documents
- Integrated notifications — notices arrive simultaneously via app, push and WhatsApp to selected tenants
- Building and apartment management — centralized administration of properties, units, tenants and their personal data
- Report tracking — full history of each incident with statuses, assigned responsible, estimated costs and photographic evidence
- Tenant profile — contract lookup, rent amount, payment history and password change from the app
